This position will have an active role in monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting, forecasting and projections, and developing and implementing the new finance organizational structure. The controller position is accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.


  • Responsible for P&L and BS full review prior to month end close, including account reconciliations.

  • Analyze budget and forecast fluctuations.

  • Analyzes and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance.

  • Coordinate financials questions/answers amongst locations.

  • Commercially understands and communicates the operational challenges as it relates to each IFS location.

  • Provides data support to improve any challenges (Overtime, baseline delivery hours by service line, etc.)

  • Works to develop change note pricing with account team and once approved, works with billing team to update and implement into the monthly invoicing.

  • Prepares Business Review deck and follows up on action plans.

  • Drives the budget & reforecast process.

  • Maintain budget and reforecast information in the accounting system.

  • Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed.

  • Develop, maintain and distribute as-hoc reports and financial models as needed.

  • Assist in developing and implementing strong internal control culture.

  • Protects organizations values by keeping information confidential.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Controller level position.

  • Accounting/GAAP knowledge

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
